Read the Rapids Board Game
1-5 Players, All Ages - All Levels Can Play!

Play a game to master sounds and sight words! This game is designed to be played by one to five (1-5) players of any age or reading level. The way to play is: draw a card, if the card has a letter sound on it, then make a word using that sound; if the card has a sight word on it, make a sentence using the sight word. When you make your word or sentence, roll the dice and move that many spaces. If you draw a character card, go to that character on the river. The first to reach the rapids wins!

Cards are numbered by Reading Rivers lesson number, so children can play this game from the very beginning of Reading Rivers level 100! The game includes the game board, cards for Reading Rivers 100, including character cards, five game pieces and one die. Expansion packs are available with cards for Lesson 125 and will be available for further lessons as they are completed.

Dimensions: Board 11" X 11" - perfect size for one child, or four, can be played on a tabletop, or even a desk.
Cards: 2.5" X 3" (business card size, perfect for any hand)
